If possible can everyone bring there deposit to the meeting on Monday 2nd Jan please as the deposits have to be paid by end of week?

I've had an email from the Clifton hotel confirming the rooms & now saying that deposit is £10 each not £20 per person.

For those who have paid £20 (Paul & Ian, Chocky, Phil) each I can give you £10 back for keep it & pay it its up to you
